Refund policy

Every purchase is made to order with most including personalization. As a result, I do not accept returns.

 

My Art Arrived Damaged...

Unfortunately accidents occasionally happen in transit with UPS, USPS, etc. I would hand deliver all my art if I could. Simply contact me tim@myfavoritecanvas.com within a week of delivery and provide a photo of the damage to the art and also damage of the shipping carton. Then I’ll quickly replace with the same art. No other action required on your end.

 

What I Received Looks Different than What I Ordered...

Contact me tim@myfavoritecanvas.com as soon as possible and provide a photo(s). I’ll follow-up if I have any questions or need additional photos. And if there is a mistake on my end, I’ll quickly create and ship a replacement based on the original order.

 

My Shipment Appears Lost According to Tracking...

Carriers (UPS, USPS, etc) typically consider an item “lost” after 7 consecutive days without a tracking update. Contact me tim@myfavoritecanvas.com if your item is lost in transit and I’ll send a replacement.


Tracking Shows Delivered but I Didn’t Receive Anything...

Contact me tim@myfavoritecanvas.com as soon as possible so I can ask the carrier to investigate. If the carrier provides a photo of the order delivered but it isn’t the delivery address, I’ll send a replacement. If the photo matches the delivery address, then a replacement will not be sent. You should file a police report if you believe it was stolen after being delivered.
