Returns on Non-Personalized Art
If your artwork is not personalized or custom-made, you may return it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the canvas must arrive back to us in like-new condition. Please contact us before returning your canvas for the correct return address, as it is different from the address shown on the shipping label.

Personalized or custom artwork cannot be returned because it was created specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold.

Damaged Canvas? We’ll Replace It.
If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within one week of delivery and send photos of both the damaged canvas and the damaged shipping carton. We’ll quickly send a replacement with the same artwork. No return or other action is required on your end.
